Locating a lost life insurance policy

It would be helpful to add a section which explains how to locate a lost life insurance policy.

When someone dies, there may be a life insurance policy on that person. The deceased may not have communicated this information to the surviving family or estate executor.

The Bogleheads wiki has this section: Locating a lost policy
