Should this page be moved to lower case? Norbert's gambit

According to the Manual of Style/Capital letters:

Capitalize the first letter of the first word, but leave the rest lower case (except for proper names and other items that would ordinarily be capitalized in running text).

I checked the discussion thread: Norbert's gambit - Can$ to US$ or vice versa. Although the title is lower case, usage in the thread refers to "Norbert's Gambit." Since the running text uses caps, I would leave the page title intact. --LadyGeek 13:59, 22 November 2013 (MST)

I'd like to see a table of the major discount brokerages with specific up to date feasibility and instructions for each type of account.
