Twinkle is used on Wikipedia and gets transcluded into many templates. It is NOT used on this wiki.

Rather than editing each template that links to {{Twinkle standard installation}}, just make it do nothing, so the Wikipedia templates can function as planned without their documentation pages showing information about Twinkle.
