Adapting for finiki

This template comes from Wikipedia Template:High-risk where it is appropriate to indicate "This template is used on 780,000+ pages." or something similar. Many Wikipedia templates use this template, so when importing or copied them it becomes a chore to remove this template call. Thus we have a bit of a problem. The "used on 780,000+ pages."" obviously doesn't apply on finiki, so I can think of a couple of solutions.

1. Null out the template so nothing is displayed
2. Ignore the passed argument of number of pages and output something more generic
