- I'd make the wording a little less strict:
- From: If so, you'll need to read Guide For Contributors which will give you the information you need.
- To: If so, take a look at the Guide For Contributors which will help you get started.
- Delete Our lawyers want us to mention

How to encourage people to get involved?
The new design is an improvement but still might be lacking in getting the user base involved. I took a look at Wikipedia's Main Page for some ideas. Right under their Welcome they have a link anyone can edit which leads an article that includes the statement "Wikipedia is allowed to be imperfect. Would a finiki'fied version on these articles encourage more involvement? I'll take a swing at creating finiki versions tomorrow morning for consideration. --Peculiar Investor 23:00, 3 February 2012 (MST)
