We have two lists

We have two main lists of templates: this page (Article templates) and "Template messages". Should the two pages be merged? If not, for the current one, it would be good to be able to click on the name of the template and directly access the template page for further instructions/details on how to use it.--Quebec 21:08, 15 January 2023 (UTC)

I seem to recall this has previously been discussed but I have not been able to locate it. There is probably some historical context or reasoning that seemed reasonable at the time. Like you I do not see a reason for two different pages and combining them into one makes sense. Multiple quotation templates

I've added to the current page two new quotation templates that I say appear in the "Recent changes" page recently: "quote box" and "quote frame". These look better, IMO, then the existing "Quote" tempate with the blue background. Should we de-list "Quote" from the current list? Similarly, I think "Quotation" has been replaced by something else, but not updated here?--Quebec 21:08, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
